Four Seasons · Four Origins · One Island of Taste

Celebrate the changing rhythms of Taiwan through coffee with the Four Seasons Taiwan Coffee Set. This curated collection brings together four 225g bags of specialty beans — each from a unique region, each capturing a different mood of Taiwan’s landscapes and seasons.

From misty spring mornings in Meishan to the golden autumn air of Dongshan, every cup tells a seasonal story of Taiwan’s terroir, climate, and artisanal craft. Whether enjoyed across the year or savored all at once, this set offers a journey through the island’s natural cycles and coffee artistry.

1. Chiayi Meishan – Honey Process (Spring)

Peach · Tropical Fruit · Brown Sugar
Bright and blossoming, this coffee evokes the lush sweetness of springtime. With juicy fruit notes and a smooth finish, it mirrors Meishan’s misty hills and the season of renewal.

2. Nantou Guoxing – Honey Process (Summer)

Honey · Winey · Chamomile
Bold and complex, Guoxing brings the warmth and depth of summer. Grown in volcanic soil, it carries a rich, wine-like sweetness balanced by floral undertones — the taste of long days and vibrant energy.

3. Tainan Dongshan – Water Washed Process (Autumn)

Smoky · Pepper· Woody · Musky

Layered and grounding, Dongshan is autumn in a cup. With earthy spice and silky body, it recalls the season of harvest, fruit orchards, and the mellow sun of southern Taiwan.

4. Taitung Taimali – Water Washed Process (Winter)

Sea Salt · Peanuts · Jasmine
Crisp and refreshing, Taimali reflects winter’s clarity. Ocean-kissed and delicately floral, it delivers a clean, invigorating cup — like a cool breeze from the Pacific on a bright winter morning.

The Four Seasons Taiwan Coffee Set is perfect for tasting, gifting, or savoring across the year. Each bag is a chapter of Taiwan’s seasonal journey — four origins, four moods, one island of flavour.

A bit of a mixed bag for me

The Spring and Summer bags are phenomenal—vibrant, honey-processed goodness. But the Autumn (Dongshan) had a smoky, peppery note that felt a bit out of place compared to the others. It’s definitely 'unique,' but maybe a bit too experimental for a morning cup. I’d prefer to buy them individually next time."

For modern coffee lover

The quality of the beans is clearly high—no defects and very fresh. However, as someone who likes a 'strong' cup of espresso, these are a bit too light for me. They are all very light roasts. The Dongshan was the only one with enough body for my taste. If you like fruity, acidic coffee, you’ll love it. If you want a dark, smoky roast to kickstart your heart, look elsewhere.

A delicious coffee tasting set

There is something meditative about matching your coffee to the season. I started my morning with the Taimali Winter blend; the peanut and jasmine notes are so clean and invigorating. It doesn’t have that heavy bitterness of commercial beans. It’s light, dancing on the palate, and leaves a sweet aftertaste that lingers for an hour.

Best gift set of Taiwan

I visit Taiwan for work regularly and bought this online for my parents back in Europe, and they were very happy.
The packaging is elegant, but the flavours are what really talk. They loved the Meishan for its brown sugar sweetness. It’s the perfect 'story-telling' gift—each bag represents a different corner of the island. It’s expensive, yes, but for this level of artisanal craft, it’s worth every cent.

Truly the 'Champagne' of Asian coffees.

I’ve spent my life drinking Alishan Oolong tea, and I never thought coffee could capture that same 'mountain mist' elegance. The Dongshan brew is remarkably silky with a woody, musky depth that mirrors a fine aged tea.
It’s changed my entire perspective on what Taiwanese agriculture can achieve.
