Refund policy

Taiwan law defines coffee as a food product. As a consequence, we cannot legally accept product returns. 

Where there maybe a quality issue, ChangMac Co,.Ltd can offer a refund based on evidence provided to us.

Customer must notify ChangMac Co,.Ltd within 7 days after receiving the product, providing a clearly stated reason for requesting a refund.

Customer should first notify DOU via email at service@dou.coffee with a request for a refund.

ChangMac Co,.Ltd will immediately provide a full refund through the same form of payment used.
